Living Room The living room welcomes you with its retro allure, The arched bookcases exude a clean, modern aesthetic — especially when paired with the white tongue and groove ceiling. A white wall with a fireplace, an arched built-in above the fireplace holding art, light wood cabinets reaching the ceiling in a modern farmhouse style kitchen.

Kitchen
Moving into the kitchen, you're greeted by a quaint space reminiscent of a 1950s diner. From the modern lighting fixtures to reeded glass cabinets, this kitchen is full of statement pieces.
To balance the earthy red oak wood, plaster hood and upper cabinets painted in the same white shade. Tip: “If you’re painting walls and cabinetry the same color, go for different finishes. We used eggshell on walls, and a satin finish for the trim and cabinetry.”

Dining Room
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room evokes nostalgia with its elegant Art Deco design. Similar textures, metals and colors are carried throughout the home — like the rattan weave of the dining room chairs, gold finish in the chandelier and the marble dining table which parallels the beauty of the kitchen backsplash.

Powder Room
The powder room is a delightful blend of retro glamour and functionality. The powder room is a different hue, with walls painted a deep green with a vivid texture. To add to the antique feel, there are floral artworks, an ornate gold mirror and a 700-year-old basin found in an antique shop.

Primary Bathroom
Connected to the primary bedroom, the bathroom continues the retro theme with its timeless design elements. From vintage-style artwork to red oak cabinetry, this cozy space reflects the rest of the interior. Floral artwork, a theme throughout the house, is painted using an impasto technique to create a textured, colorful effect that contrasts beautifully against the creamy white walls.

Laundry Room
Off the primary bathroom, the laundry room surprises with its continuation of the warm retro aesthetic. Off the master bathroom is the laundry room, which at first glance looks like just another bathroom, as it maintains the same warm design aesthetic. There are terracotta tile floors, beige cabinets and grey marble countertops, as well as a storage rack and a hanging rod for clothes.
